A Night to Remember with Johnny Casson & Friends

Just a quick line to say how much my husband and I enjoyed the show on Sunday night. It's the best £20 I have spent in a very long time.

How do I join the Monday Club?

I want to go the Afternoon Cabaret on 8 September for £2.50, so how do I join to ensure I only pay the £2.50.

Hi Mrs Riding. 

You can join the Monday Club anytime.  Annual membership is £5 and then all events after that cost just £2.50.

You can sign up on the day or beforehand - all we need is a name and address.  We write to all our members on a regular basis and they also receive offers for special events and reduced ticket prices to evening events.

You can send a cheque in the post or pay by debit or credit card on the phone - or pay in person at the booking office.

I have visited the Theatre a few times in the past and am interested in attending some more events this year. I am just wondering if the seating arrangements are still the same in that seats are not booked and people can sit anywhere?

Hi Heather - thanks for your email.  We now have a computerised booking system which includes numbered seating - so you can pick where you want to sit in advance. We use this system for most shows although occasionally people who hire the theatre prefer unreserved ticketing.    You can have a look at the seating plan on the website.

May I sincerely apologies for the very stern e-mail doubting whether we would receive good seats. My doubts were unfounded.  The seats we received for the ABBA2 evening were perfect.   (G7 & G8)  How can you arrange that I get these seats for future events? 

Anyway, we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and we do appreciate your seat allocation.  We look forward to our next evening at the Thwaites Empire Theatre. Thanks again for your understanding and help.

I came to the Thwaites Theatre, for the first time, on Saturday, to see Annie. The production was brilliant, far better than the last one I saw, at the Lowry. The theatre is lovely and Charlotte, my granddaughter was able to see, which was great. I will certainly visit you again, hopefully in the not too distant future.

I came to the Thwaites Theatre with my daughter on Saturday, 10 May 2008 to watch the evening performance of Annie.

I wanted to let you know what a thoroughly lovely evening we had. The cast of the show was wonderful, the singing and acting so enjoyable. But, I also wanted to write to say thank you to everyone who supported the show that night, taking tickets, bar staff, stewards etc.

We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. It's a credit to Blackburn and a privilege to have such a great place close to home.
